[SEL] New Bulk Mail format

Thanks Spencer, 
I am really happy with the new way the bulk mail is set up, each individule
email has a number and the subject lines have a corresponding number to
match. It makes it so much easier to find the specific note one is looking
for.  Thanks to Spencer and anyone else who may be involved for all the
work in keeping this forum going.
