[SEL] What's the Horsepower? (Bessemer half-breed)

Hi Folks,

I've got a Bessemer half-breed, bore & stroke are 6.5" x 12".
I've seen reference info that suggests that this is a 10 hp gas cylinder
and other reference info that suggests that it's a 12.5 hp gas cylinder.

Anyone out there with something definititive?  Or even a good guess?

10 hp or 12.5 hp?
