I received a similar message last week.  I immediately forwarded the message 
to ebay asking them if it was legit.  In about 2 (two) hours, a reply from 
ebay stated that it wasn't.  You can forward suspected ebay messages to: 
<spoof at ebay.com>
Ebay needs the entire message to be forwarded so that they locate the 
originator in order to stop this scam.
