I think if that was me - I'd HAVE to know where it is AT ALL TIMES !!!
I wouldn't want to kill it (Maybe) because I feel thay're just trying to
make a living
but - I would make it so he doesn't want to be there.

There are some things that deserve Killin', and rattle snakes are one of them. 

To each his own. 

One of those things comes into my territory, it's DEAD!

There used to be so many folks bitten down here in Fla. that a local man made a darn good living for 30 odd years making "rattle snake (proof) leggings".
