Shop around for suppliers, cut out unnecessary crap.
How would YOU budget YOUR money if you lost your job for nearly 2 years?
You learn not to spend when you don't NEED to, and to shop for better deals
rather than buying the first thing you see.
And it's always easy to spend money that is not your own - sort of like
politicians....... Organizers don't always see a need to "budget" if they
can make more by simply raising prices (taxes?)
