[SEL] Address change

Access seems to be returning.   A message came through on SEL and I
received some mail personally.  I am seeing web traffic, light to be sure,
but I am seeing it nonetheless.   The address change was delayed by about
45 minutes , so it has only been about 25 minutes since the change.   Most
everyone should be coming back on line very shortly.
