[SEL] Test

I've seen similar delays, however, there should be a delay of only minutes,
not hours!

There is an issue with the system, it appears.
I can send an email to 750 people in 3 minutes from the server my wife's
stuff is on.
Responses come back almost as soon as the server quits sending.

I though my mail was not getting through at all but it seems that there is a
slight delay. My reply to the F&J question took 24 hours to get through and
my test message took about three hours!
