[SEL] O.T. Wiring up a MicroWave Oven

The microwave I carried up to Kentucky and to Portland last year makes
Dolly bark pretty smartly when it kicks on.
Just wandered down to the basement and peered at the label on the back,
upside down. Looks like 13 amps.
