[SEL] Chain Falls & Little Wonder engines

Rick,
You've seen 'em. Those magic metal boxes with a chain and hook hanging 
down for lifting heavy loads. And then another loop of chain that you 
pull on one way to make the load go up and the other way to make the 
load go down. What they had before electric hoists.....
What do you guys on the left coast call 'em?
