I drove to Indianapolis IN on Thursday and then back today in order to pick 
up my truck which had broken a transmission when I was there on last 
Sunday. I-70 was closed last night at mile 46, 44, 41 and one other place 
(which I now forget/repress.) The usual 6 hour trip (370 miles) took 13 
hours. This morning I-65 and I-71 were both closed for about 4 hours while 
salt was applied and plowing was done. The Indiana workers did a good job 
and travel was getting better as the hours passed. The trip home only took 
8 1/2 hours!
