[SEL] OT What has happen to gasoline price?

It is about the same price here in the Santa Maria area.   Gasoline is 
usually cheaper in San Luis Obispo county than it is here.  In  Santa Barbara, there 
is one gas station that has its prices at least 50 cent  higher per gallon 
and they seem to stay in business.
Just before the hurricanes hit Florida, the price for regular was  down to 
$2.06.
