[SEL] Help

Hello Ron,

Pretty much need to start from scratch.  The mag was DEAD 30 years ago. 
Today I got a new mag and bolted it up.  Found the "SPARK" mark on the
flywheel but don't know anything other than that.  Never messed with this
one before so I'm out in the dark on it and really want to hear the old girl
fire up.

Hi Bob.  Do you want to know which bolts to loosen, or how many degrees
before TDC for it to fire?
