In reference to the above, Reg, do you not have a 
light switch, or a puff of breath to blow out a candle? 
Our secretary insists that handsome is just a light 
switch away.

Darn Portland week - we will have to entertain ourselves.

I should not let it amuse me so, but a year or two 
back in northern Missouri, up 'tween me and Twin, there 
was a fatality at a high school graduation party. Not 
unusual, unfortunately - a lad got liquored up and drove 
into a pond and died. We in the English world are used 
to it, but this was an Amish lad who rode his horse into 
the pond...
