[SEL] OT ! Portland cell service

[Ted Brookover]

Beware of Cingular, we have never had an account with them but that did not
keep them from putting a $430.00 charge for someone elses cell phone on our
AT&T bill.

It took 37 phone calls and just over 5 months to get the charges removed.
