[SEL] OT ! Portland cell service

Hi All


near as I can tell, cell phones need towers to work and Portland is not well
blessed, verizon will work, I had no luck with cenntial.  Since I drive all
over the US, I dug into this, truckers are broke into main groups, verizon
and ATT, I went to verizon, Utah is dead, but other than that, just small
pockets that I have found to be dead ..
