I have never pulled a trailer to Portland but this year I am bringing a small single axle 5' X 10' utility trailer. Is there somewhere at the Portland Show grounds where you can park your trailer so you don't have to drag it around all the time you are there? If so is it reasonably safe to park it and leave it?
